Cabbage Roti

Ingredients:

Wheat flour - 3 cups
Finely shredded cabbage -1 1/2 cup
Besan -1/3 cup
Oil- 3 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric - Little
Yogurt-3Tbsp
Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped coriander-2Tbsp
Salt-1tsp or as per taste


Method:

Mix all above ingredients altogether with water, make a dough and cover and let it sit for 1/2 hour - 1 hour. Make balls and press rotis and pan fry by using little oil. Serve them with Pickle (Achar), and yogurt.
